Assignment 3 Expression Through Specified Audience

To begin the expression, first I must gather information and opinions of my targeted audience regarding my topic. In this case, I chose two different topic- 'Student' and 'Teacher' for teenage students. To collect their comments, I made a survey to 12 students of Maktab Rendah Sains Mara of Transkrian in Nibong Tebal, Penang.

Assuming that you are the Science teacher for the Class 2Epsilon, what action will you take when one of your students is skipping his/her PEKA?

       Offer him/her copies to redeem the PEKA scores.

       Warn him/her sternly and minus few points from her PEKA.

       Ask and advise him/her about the reasons and request redo PEKA.

You saw a student who seems depressed. What will you do?

       Say hello and off you go.

       Greet and ask about the recent no-good performance during classes.

       Leave as the student might need space to think.

       Warn the student for behaving inappropriate during classes.

What action seems suitable when dealing with a dispirited class?

        Pop out a sudden quiz to make aware of your teaching

        All students stand on table with their hands grabbing their chairs on top

        Offer special incentive such as homework pass for students who able to answer the question from the topic today.

You accidentally overheard the conversation between a teacher and a student regarding the dropping performance of the student. What will you think the teacher will do?

        Listen and advise earnestly.

        Just keep nodding head.

        Listen with straight blank eyes.

        Warn the student to lever up the dropping grade without listening.

When bringing your homeroom students to outside, what is your first priority rule for them?

        They must be at the gathering spot at the time given.

        Keep together in a group of two or more when going around.

        Just don’t cause mischief that you need to be answered to.

You happen to bump in to your schoolmate who is going for an extra class. What do you think of him?

        He should be otherwise he will fall behind due to his incompetence.

        No fun. He is too boring.

        It is good but he should watch out for himself also.

        He feels responsible for the progress of his grade. Keep going. 

Of all behavior, what is the most comfortable sitting style when listening to classes?

        Sit with straight back with head hold like perpendicular bisector to the back.

        Relax and put your hands on the desk with your upper body leaning to the table.

        Put your head on the table with your arms.

        Lean behind to the chair and cross your arms and legs.

You have been called by a teacher on your way to your class. What do you expect?

        Oh man. I forgot my homework.

        Maybe the teacher needs help.

        Did I break something?

        The teacher comes to complement me of my outstanding performance.

You did not pass up your form that should have been submitted by today. What will you say to your teacher?

        “I leave it at home, what should I do?”

        “I leave it at the desk when I gone home, sorry”

        “I did not know how to fill in the form.”

        “I forgot it at home (smiles), can I bring it tomorrow?”
